Easy Leads (“we”, “us”) runs easyleadsmca.com to connect MCA brokerages with our lead programs. This policy explains what we collect on this site and how we use it.

What we collect

• What you tell us: your answers to the application questions, and your name, email address and phone number.
• How you found us: the link you arrived from, including advertising parameters (such as UTM tags and Meta click IDs), the page you landed on and the referring site.
• Technical data: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, and the pages and steps you viewed.

How we use it

• To contact you about our lead programs by phone, text and email, as you requested.
• To understand which ads and pages bring in interested brokerages, and to improve them.
• To measure our advertising. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, which share events such as page views and submissions — with contact details hashed — with Meta Platforms.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and our business (hosting, database, email and spreadsheet tools, and Meta for ad measurement), or when required by law.

Cookies and similar technology

This site stores a random visitor ID and your ad-click details in your browser so we can attribute your application to the ad that brought you here. The Meta Pixel sets its own cookies. You can clear or block these in your browser settings.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and ask us to stop contacting you, or to access or delete your information, by replying to any email from us.
